You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. If you would like to exchange an eligible product, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail. We provide a free downloadable and printable return label for eligible returns.

Return shipping is free. Customers will not be charged for the return label for eligible returns.

Fees and Final Sale Items

Gleamra does not charge a restocking fee for returned products, and we do not have any final sale items.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us Contact us at support@gleamra.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your details Tell us your order number and whether you are requesting a return or an exchange. If the product is defective or damaged, including relevant information about the issue will help us assist you.
3. Print your label We will send you a free downloadable and printable return label.
4. Post it back Attach the label and send the product back to us by mail.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and processed, eligible refunds are processed within 7 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we receive your return, we will review it and process the applicable refund or exchange. Refund processing begins after the returned product has been received and processed by Gleamra.
