Gleamra accepts the following payment methods for orders placed through our website:

Payments are processed securely at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider and is subject to its applicable terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

Payment Authorisation

An order is considered successfully placed once the payment has been authorised and the order has been received by Gleamra.

If a payment cannot be authorised or is declined, the order may not be processed. Customers should ensure that their chosen payment method has sufficient funds and is available for the transaction.

Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully received, orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT (London). Orders are processed according to our stated handling schedule.

Currency and Shipping

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Gleamra currently ships to UK addresses only. Applicable product prices, shipping charges, and any other costs will be displayed during the purchasing process before an order is completed.

Refunds

Gleamra accepts eligible returns within 30 days, including returns for defective and non-defective products, subject to our returns policy. Exchanges are also accepted.

Return shipping is free, and no restocking fee is charged. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and processed.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
