Shipping and Delivery

Gleamra currently ships to UK addresses only.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Returns and Exchanges

Gleamra accepts eligible returns within 30 days of receiving an order. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the applicable return requirements. We also accept exchanges.

Returns are made by mail, and eligible return shipping is free. A downloadable and printable return label is provided at no cost.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and processed, refunds are processed within 7 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
